Terms and Conditions
- You are receiving lessons from a DVSA Approved Driving Instructor (ADI), this means I’ve had to pass certain tests and obtain a DBS check to become fully qualified.
- You must have a valid provisional driving license and be able to read a number plate from 20 meters (20.5 for old style reg plates).
- Payments must be made at least 48 hours prior to your driving lesson.
- You must give me 48 hours notice minimum if you wish to cancel your lesson, if you give me less than 48 hours and I cant fill your lesson slot with another pupil, I reserve the right to charge you in FULL for the lesson.
- Punctuality: If you are late for your lesson, your lesson will finish at the already arranged finish time. (I.E your lesson is 10-11:30 and you turn up at 10:10, your lesson would still finish at 11:30) If I am late for any reason, I will add the time onto the end of your lesson. If I cant, I will make sure it is added onto your next lesson.
- Use of my vehicle: Before booking a driving test, you agree to discuss it with me first before booking as my car may not be available on the day you book it (I.E I could have another test at that time with another learner).
- You must pass a mock test with me before booking your driving test to give you the best chance of passing.
- I reserve the right to withhold my vehicle for your test if I believe you are not ready for the test, or if I feel your driving could be potentially dangerous. (I also have a duty of care to the examiners and other road users).
- You must not turn up to the lesson under the influence of any alcohol or drugs. (if you are to drink the day before, you should have your last drink a minimum of 24 hours before your lesson as the alcohol can stay in your system and if you were to be pulled by the police on the lesson, you would be the one liable for punishment).
